We are seeking an Office Junior/Receptionist to join our Head Office (Sydney CBD) team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing support for day to day operational issues and head office administration tasks, medical receptionist duties in our centres when required, procurement of medical supplies, uniforms, travel bookings, office administration and assisting the operations team in service delivery.
This position would suit someone with a medical or health services background such as an experienced Medical Receptionist.
Essential Skills:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a GP Practice.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic, flexible team player, excellent customer service and outstanding communication skills and enjoys working in a professional environment.
- Computer literate and experience with Best Practice preferable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take the initiative.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of medical centre operations
- Experience with Best Practice Software
