About the Team
The Governance, Performance & Outcomes team is focused on supporting Wesley Mission Queensland in achieving its strategic objectives. This team has many subject matter experts specialising in clinical governance, risk management, compliance, digital security, work health & safety, social impacts & outcomes and legal services. This high performing team operates with an agile mindset and supports quality and safe customer experiences.
About the role
As a key member of the Governance, Performance and Outcomes (GPO) team, this role will deliver and provide strategic oversight of clinical education and training with a high level of initiative and desire to the best possible delivery of services to our customers.
About you
You will have a tertiary qualification in a health profession and a post graduate qualification in clinical education with proven experience in a similar position. Other characteristics required include:
- You are an enthusiastic self-starter with highly developed organisational and time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated and proven knowledge of contemporaneous clinical and educational practice.
- Thorough understanding and demonstrated experience in education planning and the application of accreditation standards.
- Thorough understanding and commitment to continuous improvement and learning needs analysis in a large and diverse service-based organisation.
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including networking and influencing skills with the ability to effectively manage diverse internal and external stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a high performing team environment leveraging subject matter expertise from across an organisation.
