BalfranRemovals has an impressive market presence in the ACT and is looking at expanding further. Balfran Removals provides warehousing and logistics to key clients.
This successful company is looking to employ an Office Manager who can be the ‘go to’ person in the office. You would need to be self-motivated, organised and able to work in a small team.
Ideally, you would have experience in a similar role and a willingness to learn all aspects of a logistics company. This is a busy office, and your organisational skills will be relied on. You will have permission to be ‘bossy’ to get the information you need to do your job!
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful person who joins this team will manage:
- Payroll/timesheets
- Finalise workflow data for invoicing
- Processing of invoices via internal systems through to Xero
- Debt management
- Staff and client onboarding, police checks, client compliance
- Staff training compliance
- Vendor compliance
- Receive paperwork from staff
- Data entry into various workflow systems (internal and external)
- Assist in tracking assets
- Contract management
- Procurement of supplies, uniforms etc
- Office duties as required
Highly desirable
- Proficient skills in Microsoft office and excel
- Familiar with Workflow systems
- Experience working with XERO
- Forklift license or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to learn all aspects of a logistics company
- Ability to obtain a police check
