As the Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring smooth operations and a positive atmosphere for the team and clients alike. From managing schedules to greeting clients with a warm smile, you'll be the go-to person.
No day is the same. You will be answering phone calls, setting up meeting rooms, overseeing the office stationery, preparing documents. You must have experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as you will be assisting the Finance Manager in administering the payroll, processing and chasing up time sheets, allocating payments to invoices and preparing a weekly report on budgets and margins.
