We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who takes a proactive approach to their role. Has knowledge of the construction industry, can manage accounts receivable, reception, assist the senior management team with administration requirements, and manage scheduling of site visits.
This role is a minimum of 30 hours per week (09:30-14:30 Monday-Friday for example).
Renumeration will be based on experience.

- Knowledge with the construction industry and/or construction practices within Canberra and surrounding areas,
- Experience with:
- Procore,
- Xero,
- accounts receivable,
- Reception,
- Attention to detail/accuracy in data entry – this is a must!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Be enthusiastic and possess a positive attitude,
- Be proactive, and
- Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management.
