Key Responsibilities:
- Trust Accounting: Manage all aspects of trust accounting, including reconciliations, deposits, disbursements, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, by addressing enquiries, scheduling property viewings, and assisting with documentation.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records in our database systems, including updating client information, tracking transactions, and generating reports as needed.
- Assist Real Estate Agents and Property Managers: Support our team of real estate agents with administrative tasks, marketing activities, and coordination of property listings.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies, particularly in relation to trust accounting and real estate transactions.
Candidate profile:
- Demonstrated experience in trust accounting within a real estate or property management context.
- Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for professional interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with real estate software and databases are necessary.
- Hold a Certificate IV in Real Estate or an equivalent qualification.
- A collaborative mindset, coupled with a readiness to support team members and contribute to the agency's overall success.
