About the Role
Positioned at the helm of the school’s administration team, the Officer Manager reports directly to the Principal to ensure a welcoming and efficient front office environment. The Office Manager exists to support the delivery of quality teaching and learning within a Catholic school context through effective financial and business management. The Office Manager will perform duties as directed by the school Principal across a number of areas and with varying levels of responsibility within the school.

About You (Selection Criteria)
We are looking for someone who can meet the following selection criteria:
- The desire to engage with and contribute to a Catholic learning organisation;
- Excellent communication, administration, technological and organisational skills;
- Experience in the area of managing finance (including budget management, ordering, invoicing, receipting, accounts, reconciliation, GST and school fee management), facilities and general business management;
- Sound personal skills which include patience, perseverance and diplomacy;
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team;
- The ability to and demonstrated skills in working independently, prioritising own work and managing time effectively;
- Awareness of confidentiality and privacy requirements;
- A valid Working with Children Check
