An exciting opportunity exists to join UOW Global Enterprises (UOWGE) as Talent Acquisition Officer. Selection Criteria
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Copywriting skills including the ability to draft and edit advertisements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software
- Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team
- Customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality at all times
- Has integrity and operates with transparency
- Resilient and adaptable to change
- Certified proof of right to work in Australia
Desirable:
- Qualification, or working towards, a Human Resource Management or related field
- Experience in using an Human Resource Information System (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
