EMJC Earthmoving & Plant Hire has been operating since 2008, providing plant hire, heavy haulage and maintenance solutions for the mining, civil and construction industry.
With branches located in Perth, Newman and an onsite team in Collie, an opportunity has arisen for a full-time Office Manager to join our Perth team based in Hazelmere.
The role:
- Manage day to day office functions
- Manage the administration team
- Process various Accounts Payable functions
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare payment runs
- Payroll processing with time sheet job costing
- Some HR/IR functions
- Occasional AR coverage
- Ad-hoc duties required by the Management Accountant
You must have:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
- Intermediate MYOB and Excel skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with high volumes.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
