Job Description:
As the Office Manager you will oversee communications, sales & marketing, and accounts within the organisation. You will directly be responsible for managing the front desk, reservation system, sales and office operations.
Key responsibilities & duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all guests have an amazing experience through delivering exceptional customer service that goes over and beyond.
- Ensure all incoming emails are responded to effectively within the organisation standard.
- Work with Guest Services Manager to ensure wedding sales targets are being met weekly.
- Communicate sales strategy to the General Manager to ensure sales continue to grow and targets are pushed.
- Assist with wedding inspections when required
- Handle new wedding contract sales and administration
- Maximising exposure through social media platforms in order to push sales and occupancy.
- Manage third party booking channels
- Strive to meet 100% occupancy at all times.
- Financial Planning and forecasting
- Hotel inventory management
- Handle and organise all office administration.
- Conduct weekly meetings with teams
- Implementing and reviewing department policies and procedures
- Rostering division team inline with budget

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experiences in hotel or guests services is a bonus but not a must
- Availability to work weekends
- Attention to detail
- Strong experience with Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work as part of a team, but also lead when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
