requires Part-time Bookkeeper/Office Manager for our friendly but small busy office.
- Processing accounts receivable and payable using MYOB Account Right
- Processing fortnightly payroll and subcontractors and monthly supplier payments
- Preparing financial reports
- Manage commercial rental properties, issuing rental invoices, processing utilities payments and managing insurances
- Daily office administration duties
Applicants need to have office experience and be good at multitasking. MYOB experience and/or property management preferred but not essential. Approximately 20 hours per week. Would suit school hours if required.
