This firm is a leading Melbourne-based Law firm. They are committed to providing an exceptional client experience. No day will be the same in this challenging and exciting role!
The opportunity
In this role you will be reporting directly to the director of the firm. You will provide support with managing office services and record management, lead and promote a positive internal service culture and provide efficient and timely support services to all staff.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Office Manager to assist in the smooth running of the business.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the office
- Diary and file management
- Ensure the general office space is kept neat, tidy and safe
- Ensure the meeting rooms and seminar spaces are set up to the satisfaction of the organising or hosting partners
- Invoicing management
- Managing account receivables
- Other administration duties
