We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to take on a newly created role and make it your own!!
Situated in Osborne Park, with a well established company specialising in ecological services; your role will be to coordinate and oversee all office administrative duties and ensure that the office is run smoothly and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administration support to the General Manager and the wider executive and leadership team
- Assist in managing the diaries of General Manager and the wider Executive team, booking appointments and meetings when requested
- Develop, implement and update office policies and procedures as required
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Manage quote and job setup and administration in WorkFlowMax and SharePoint
- Provide administrative support for technical teams, including mobilisation bookings and WH&S assessments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for all employees
- Undertake any administrative tasks related to pre-employment medicals
- Manage social media accounts and liaise with Website company for any changes and updates and assist in launching marketing campaigns.
- Oversee onboarding of new employees
- Undertake human resources administration as required
- Manage expense process and reconciliation including credit card receipt management
- Provide support in client management, organising meetings for visits and any other sales support that may be required
