The successful applicant will work alongside the Directors and Elite salespeople, providing administration and sales support to the team, while overseeing the day-to-day runnings of the office. This role is best suited to a candidate looking for a position they can make their own! Who is keen on looking at the systems and procedures in place and implementing new ones!
About the role
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who is excited about everything sales and office management-related! You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best agents in the industry and be a part of a successful team that is internationally regarded
Duties will be supporting sales agents with:
- Day-to-day management of the office, including assisting with event coordination, marketing, and liaison with stakeholders
- Providing strong administrative support to the Directors and Sales Reps
- Sales to settlement coordination - liaising with settlement agents, buyers, sellers, and internal staff
- Implement and establish a filing system within SharePoint
- Manage financial tasks, including tracking marketing expenses and bill payments
- Proactive communication with vendors
- Manage HR documentation
- Provide administration and organization support to the office to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the office
- Assisting with some property management (the majority of this is outsourced)
About you
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Sales Administrator / PA or EA
- MUST have Real Estate Experience
- Real Estate Sales Registration
- Experience with SharePoint, Rex, and PropertyTree Advantageous
- Team player
- Excellent time management skills
- Professional presentation and vibrant personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills and personal skills
