Job Role and Responsibilities: Under the mentorship of experienced leaders, you will play a pivotal role in both Property Management and office operations. Your duties will include:
- Assisting the Property Manager in portfolio management and property inspections
- Supporting the Property Management teams with administrative tasks
- Ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining high standards of client service
- Collaborating with the Property Manager for overall business success
- Managing front desk activities, including greeting clients, handling calls, and managing enquiries
- Preparing documentation, managing online real estate programs, and handling office supplies and banking tasks
- Maintaining top-notch office presentation and contributing to a positive work environment
Skills & Experience: We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional people management abilities and a focus on client service
- Motivation, positivity, and an engaging personality
- Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent computer skills and a valid driver's license
