AddressOne Agency Umina Beach & Woy Woy, the peninsula's leading real estate agency has a Office Manager / Sales Receptionist position available.
The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all external and internal clients/visitors, both on a face-to-face basis as well as over the telephone.
In addition, the position completes all relevant administrative tasks to ensure a smooth-running office. This will be working Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5:15pm.
Responsibilities
- Greeting all visitors and clients to the agency, creating a positive first impression for all clients/visitors of the office on a face to face and over the phone basis.
- Providing crucial support to all departments where required.
- Answering & screening a variety of phone calls/emails and making appointments for team members where required.
- Keeping the reception area tidy, clean and presentable.
- Keeping the reception area & supplies stocked.
- General admin duties such as organising postage, sorting mail etc.
- Ensuring positive communication between the admin teams and other teams to promote a positive office environment.
- Ensuring that all behavior is in line with the company’s values, Code of Conduct and other relevant policies.
- Other tasks as directed within scope of role and responsibility level.

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in reception or customer service
- Ability to build outstanding rapport with a variety of clients
- A love of dealing with people and passion for helping people
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Attention to detail, reliable, punctual, and flexible
- A team player who has a CAN DO attitude but able to work independently
- Strong customer service skills and ability to empathise and remain compassionate in busy and varied role and situations.
Whilst a real estate assistant agent or license qualification would be desirable it is not essential, however training would need to be undertaken to achieve the minimum industry qualification post commencement.
