Customer Service Manager And Office Receptionist Required For Prestige Workshop.

VAR Crows Nest is looking for a Customer service manager to join our friendly team of prestige vehicle repair shop in Crows Nest.

>Customer service manager role $80K to 110K

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Attend to customer’s inquires over the phone, via email or at the office.
• Booking customer’s vehicle for service and repairs as requested and with a focus on shop schedules and availability and business planning.
• Provide clear and objective information to clients of the business in relation to their vehicle repair or customer requests.
• Provide quotations, close sales, follow up information after sales and support to customers.
• Get Parts quotation from supplier, parts order, payments, Return parts.

Skills and experience

• Sales oriented, Outgoing personality
• Eager to learn new things
• Very high level of communication skills people skills

The most important skills are communication skills with customers and sales skills.

If you don't have any knowledge of the vehicle, it's okay because other staff will make the quote, but you must have sales experience and skills.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Input invoice in system and organize payments.

Skills and experience

• Prefer automotive knowledge or experience.
• Team player.
• Tidy person and self organised.
