Junior Receptionist / Administration and office support
We are a local family Company that has offices in Cairns and Tweed and have been established for over 30 years.
We have a position for a Junior Receptionist / Administration staff member and are looking for a dynamic ‘Director of First Impressions’ to add to our fantastic team. This is an entry level role and is suitable for someone who is looking for their first opportunity. You will work full time based in our offices at Tweed Heads.
Your communication skills with both clients and other team members will be crucial in maintaining our reputation, brand and cultural "vibe". You will be our first point of contact with clients and will have the full support of our team.
Your day would involve answering the phones for both our Coastal and Cairns offices, assisting with enquiries, directing calls to managers and taking messages. Greeting clients at reception prior to meetings and generally providing administration support to our Strata Managers.
The most important attributes are eagerness to learn, commitment and loyalty, the ability to read people and situations, maturity and most importantly a "glass half full mentality". Many of our team started their career with us similar roles and progressed into more senior roles that they continue to hold.
