A growing independent Chartered Accounting practice in Lane Cove is looking for a Practice Manager to support the team and lead an exciting new project in the New Year. They pride themselves on providing the best levels of service to their customers with the professionalism and class of the Big 4 in a localised way. They are looking for a talented practice manager who can join them on this journey.
Your new role
General duties will include:
- Assuring that client work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring that the team is a fully productive
- Development of internal systems
- Marketing to current and prospective clients to help grow the business
- Managing OH&S and HR issues/obligations
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role:
- Previous Chartered Accountancy experience
- Have lead on a systems implementation project
- People management experience
