Currently seeking an Office Manager to assist in the growth of an agency at the forefront, this role is for someone to be the "eyes and ears" in a dynamic, fast-paced role.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, you will be reporting to the Director. Ensuring smooth running of the office operations day to day, compliance and records. Working in a streamline team with expert knowledge, systems and structures in place, we are looking for someone to:
- Onboarding & employment agreements
- HR Admin
- Assisting with day to day operations
- Help creating & managing systems & procedures
- Office compliance
- Supplier negotiations
- Assist department head & owners
- Office supplies
The Candidate:
- No real estate experience necessary
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Shows initiative and confidence
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Excellent leadership skills – you will be the ‘go to’ Person
