Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. The Nurse Educator for Bio preparedness will be responsible for the development and delivery and evaluation of an educational program to support staff who will be expected to manage patients with VHF or other High Consequence Infectious Diseases (HCID), including rapid deployment to support staff caring for patients with HCID in other facilities.
