The Land Division is a Land Surveying firm which specialises in residential subdivision. The role is Office Manager (4-5 days a week) with flexible hours for the right person, working with 2 Directors and a team of long-term employees. Great office location for those north of the river, including parking.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Primary Admin Person (answering phones, emails, post)
- Ordering Stationery and office supplies
- Liaison with key support services: IT, Bookkeeper & Government agencies
- Creating files for surveyors, searches and bookings
- Admin assistance with Subdivision Applications/processes
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency Microsoft Office & computer skills
- Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner
- Excellent time-management skills and multitasking
*Experience using Xero or similar accounting program would be beneficial
