Office Manager

The Land Division is a Land Surveying firm which specialises in residential subdivision. The role is Office Manager (4-5 days a week) with flexible hours for the right person, working with 2 Directors and a team of long-term employees. Great office location for those north of the river, including parking. 

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Primary Admin Person (answering phones, emails, post) 
• Ordering Stationery and office supplies
• Liaison with key support services: IT, Bookkeeper & Government agencies 
• Creating files for surveyors, searches and bookings
• Admin assistance with Subdivision Applications/processes 

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Proficiency Microsoft Office & computer skills 
• Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner
• Excellent time-management skills and multitasking

*Experience using Xero or similar accounting program would be beneficial
