We are looking to hire an Office Manager/Administrator for our Port Kembla office. This casual position offers a fantastic work-life balance with set hours of Monday to Friday 9am-2:30pm. Extra hours may be given upon request.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Customer service; answering phone calls and emails from internal and external clients
- Accounts Receivable; MYOB experience necessary
- Data entry and management
- General administration tasks
To be successful in this position, you must have experience in the following:
- MYOB Accounting
- Previous roles in administration or office management
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- Working in a team environment
