Our Client:
Our client is a top tier, ASX listed Infrastructure firm that provides a wide range of services from Engineering to Telecommunications. They are a giant within the industry, with multiple subsidiaries that are growing due to their successful portfolio of works. Due to continuous growth in one subsidiary, they are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their firm on a permanent, full time basis in North Ryde.
Your New Role:
This position is primarily supporting the EGM, your responsibilities will include:
Managing diaries and calendars, organising travel and accommodation.
Creating reports, presentations and taking meeting minutes.
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing 4 administration indirect reports nation-wide.
Office management duties including ordering stationery, ensuring stock levels are maintained and the office is adhering to WHS policies.

About You:
Previous experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant.
Experience within a start-up environment is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a changing environment, and work well under pressure.
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
