Role Overview:
As our Office Manager/HR Admin, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office functions while supporting our HR initiatives. You will ensure operations are cost effective, employee needs are met, time and attendance is maintained and have an extremely positive and upbeat demeanor whilst also being able to make tough calls and have difficult conversations where required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Office Management: Keep our new head office running like a well-oiled machine! From managing supplies and facilities to coordinating office events, you'll be the go-to person for all things office-related with the support of a Junior admin.
HR Administration: Support our HR team with tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and assisting with HR projects and initiatives. You'll be shortlisting candidates, booking interviews and our Head of People and Culture's right hand.
Culture Champion: Foster a positive and vibrant office culture by organising team-building activities, celebrating milestones, and championing employee well-being.
Fleet Management: Take charge of our extensive fleet. Arrange servicing, ensure compliance with our vehicle policies ensuring that our fleet remains in great condition and that all equipment is maintained and to standard.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in office management and/or HR administration.
- Strong organisational skills with a knack for multitasking and prioritising tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and HR systems.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for creating a fun and inclusive work environment.
- Business management/HR or administration qualifications will be advantageous but not mandatory.
