Due to continued expansion and growth across our divisions, we currently have an exciting and challenging role available for an Office & Operations Assistant, located in our Sydney HQ.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily running of our unique Office and provide support to our Central Operations team.
Primary duties will include, but not limited to:
Office Management;
- Day-to-day office management, supplies + support
- Company HR Administration Support
- Reception duties, inc first point telephone contact and greeting clients
- Managing IT Consultants, IT Software, Systems and hardware requirements
- Assisting with company recruitment processes
- Legal queries and support
- Staff training
- Travel arrangements
- Corporate Giving Programs (e.g. B1G1)
Central Operations;
- Assist in Managing and/or updating records within the Insurance system
- Support updating and creation of reporting tools
- Assist in project management of System Builds
ABOUT YOU
- Looking for the right opportunity to start or continue a career in the insurance industry specifically in an Office Management and/or Underwriting capacity.
- Previous experience in Office Management and Administration is favorable, but not mandatory.
