We are actively seeking a dynamic Office Receptionist & Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Your new role

In this position, you will serve as the welcoming face of the business and the primary point of contact for all office and administrative needs. You will also take charge of our Social Media and Website. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to start in this role and really make it their own. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing general reception duties such as receiving visitors, handling phone calls, and managing bookings

  • Welcoming and interacting with clients

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the entire team

  • Assisting the Owner, General Manager, and Property team with Personal Assistant duties as needed

  • Managing phone calls and emails

  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies and stock

  • Ensuring the office and kitchen areas are clean and organised

  • Planning events and coordinating team lunches

  • Scheduling internal and external meeting rooms

  • Managing updates on Social Media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and our Website

  • Other associated duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Be proactive, taking initiative and assuming responsibility for your work
  • Possess prior experience in Administration and/or Reception roles
  • Have experience managing Social Media platforms or Web Design (this is a plus, but not a requirement)
  • Exhibit a friendly, welcoming, and vibrant personality
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively
  • Be a team player who is always ready to lend a hand, regardless of the task
  • Find joy and satisfaction in your work
