Exclusive to Jenner Recruitment our client is looking for a polished and experienced Client Experience Officer/Receptionist to run their front of house.

Our Client

Our client is a boutique financial planning practice located in the Brisbane CBD.  They are looking for a Client Experience Officer/Receptionist to assist their successful team and clients.

This business prides themselves on establishing and maintaining long term relationships and focuses on challenging the way that financial advice is provided.  

Clients benefit from the integration of the various skills in the firm to achieve optimum outcomes in areas such as retirement, superannuation, wealth creation, retirement planning and risk.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager and as the first point of contact for their clients, your focus will be on maintaining relationships with their clients, as well as providing administrative support to the Client Service teams when  required.

Some of the duties of the role will include (but are not limited to):

  • General administration and front office support
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors, including setting up meeting rooms
  • Coordinating meeting and travel arrangements for the management team as required
  • CRM maintenance
  • Organising beverages for clients when required
  • Other general office duties as required

About You

Ideally, you will be currently working as a corporate receptionist.   You will have demonstrated high values, polished, integrity and high ethical behaviours.

You will need to possess strong and articulate communication and presentation and will need to work extremely well autonomously.  You will need to have an eye for detail, and treat the business as if it was your own.

To be considered for this role you need to possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent telephone manner with previous experience as a Receptionist preferably from within an accounting or Financial Services business
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a great phone manner and polished presentation
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
