Company Overview: At Burk Group, we pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering exceptional fuel retail, wholesale and transport services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our dynamic and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing incoming calls, including screening, forwarding, and taking messages.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Handling email correspondence and distributing mail.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area/office area.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handling day to day business paperwork.
- Assisting with invoices reconciliations and day to day paperwork
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient business operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Including MS Excel) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers).
- Knowledge of accounting/book keeping is advantageous but not required.
