About the Role
Our business is a major car, 4WD and commercial vehicle rental business operating in a number of locations in Western Australia, with its head office in Welshpool. In this role you will be responsible to for the workshop reception and administration services assigned to you by the Workshop Manager.
You will support the Workshop Manager in providing the workshop administration services to provide reception services, issue purchase orders, repair orders and to ensure the service history of all vehicles.
You will have exceptional good work ethics and be a team player. You are required to be able to communicate effectively with other team members and customers.
As a Workshop Service Receptionist, you will have prior demonstrated experience in office and service reception and administration whilst working in a fast paced automotive workshop.
Description:
Workshop Receptionist Service Administrator shall perform the following tasks:
- Provide the administration services in the workshop reception area.
- Answer telephone and respond to customer enquiries.
- Process parts (PO) and repairs orders (RO) in a accurate, complete and timely manner.
- Close repair orders (RO).
- Maintain and update the service history of automotive vehicles.
- Complete the required vehicle and repair documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is recorded in data base system.
- Assist the Workshop Manager to monitor and audit parts and supplies to ensure adequate stock level.
- Any other duties as directed by the Workshop Manager.
Must have a current c class driver’s license.
Personal Requirements:
- Methodical and have an eye for detail.
- Able to work without supervision.
- Be able to have a good working knowledge of computer systems such as data bases, Microsoft Word and Excel.
