We have a part time (2 days a week) opportunity for a motivated Office Services Associate working in a small friendly team providing professional, efficient, and effective admin, mail room, security and records management services at one of our client's sites.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service focus with experience working in an office environment, a "Can Do" attitude and all hands on deck approach.
Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Access card and security management
- Sorting and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail
- Coordinating and processing incoming and outgoing courier items
- Processing internal mail
- Maintaining the presentation of breakout spaces/meeting room facilities
- Maintaining utility spaces and MFD fleet
- Monitor and action Service Now via internal workflow system
To be a successful candidate for this role, ideally you will possess:
- Customer Service focus
- Proven ability to work in a small team
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to relate positively on an individual basis with a wide range of people including professional staff
- Availability to work additional days as necessary
- Have a “can do” and “will do” attitude
- Good communication, people and problem resolution skills
- Professional presentation to work in a corporate environment
This position will be working 2 days (15 hours) per week.
