The Office Services Associate psotion is part of a small professional team, providing efficient and effective mailroom services, records management, operations support and administration at a client site.
The role requires a strong customer service focus with experience working in an office environment, being a positive team player with a "can do" attitude ability to work to deadlines and have outstanding time management skills.
Some of the key responsibilities shared as part of the team include, but are not limited to:
- Client-facing service desk
- Security access card management
- Workplace Operation support including contractor management; logging and monitoring maintenance calls via in house system and building tenant portal; workplace inspections; invoicing coding and tracking of payments
- General administration duties
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and courier items
- Records management, archiving and filing
- Utility and breakout room restocking, ordering stock and general maintenance of these areas.
