We are a reputable Builder Property Developer based in St Ives, seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as part-time Office Support. This role offers flexible working hours, ideal for those looking to balance work with other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties to support the day-to-day operations.
- Assist in maintaining accounts records, including monthly reports with the support of an external accountant.
- Manage word processing tasks and prepare powerpoint presentations.
- Contribute to the upkeep of general files and paperwork, ensuring organization and efficiency.
- Engage with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for advertising purposes.
- Update and process journal entries, along with managing accounts receivable and issuing invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and ensure accurate financial data updates.
Requirements:
- Available to work 2 – 3 days a week with flexible hours.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- An understanding of accounting principles and experience with relevant financial/accounting software (i.e. Xero).
- Excellent organizing abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes.
- Qualification in a relevant field is advantageous but not mandatory.
