The Role
Exciting opportunity to be part of the Bold Park Aquatic (BPA) management team to contribute towards the overall operation and success of the centre.
This dynamic role involves supervising staff, membership management and facility bookings while maintaining a high level of customer service in regard to inquiries and complaints. Additionally, responsibilities include, managing and maintain the swim shop, promoting services, whilst ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in researching, developing, marketing, implementing and evaluating services that meet community needs.
- Previous high level experience in customer service, administration and retail sales.
- Work specific knowledge in Aquatic or Recreation Centre operations.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, public relations and customer service skills.
- Well demonstrated people leadership abilities to achieve high productivity and deliver services in line with organisational values, standards and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Sound working knowledge of occupational safety and health requirements as they relate to the job.
- Certificate in business administration, other relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent skills through relevant experience are highly desirable
Essential:
- Provide First Aid Certificate
- National Police Clearance (No older than 3 months)
- Current “C” Class drivers licence
