On-site Computer Tech / Helpdesk Support

We are a fast growing computer repair and managed services business looking to take on another member of our forever growing business.

We have a full time position available for the right candidate.

You will have:

• Own vehicle
• Can-do attitude
• Police Check
• Ability to show patience with customers as most are I.T illiterate
• Ability to travel around Gold Coast QLD (Rare times Brisbane)
• Great time skill management
• Bonus if you have ServiceM8 experience

Must have:

• Permanent work rights within Australia, no restrictions
• 2 years + PC troubleshooting experience
• MAC & Windows troubleshooting
• Expert understanding of hardware tech, building computers, CPU chipset etc
• Understanding of hard drive cloning or imaging technologies
• Backup experience

The role is primarily based on the road attending to our customers out onsite, providing a repair service and billing customer prior to leaving.

Some stock management and office admin may be required.

Right candidate should have ability to speak professionally to clients, act appropriately and present semi-professionally.
