Job Profile:
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills required to communicate effectively with Productivity Operations Team and Management and Clients
Good grasp in understanding business strategies and experience in initiating Productivity strategy
Good understanding in account management & Productivity pipelining
Siebel experience (or equivalent to CRM for lead management) is preferred
Statistical analysis and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work in goal-oriented high pressure environment with strict goals and deadlines
Strategic and innovative thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrate leadership, including ability in persuasion and motivating teams and others
Flexibility and responsiveness to work in multicultural, fast paced and dynamic environment
Required Qualification and Work Experience:
4-year college or university graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Minimum of one 3-year supervisory / lead experience directing and managing Productivity individuals or team in high volume Productivity environment
Proven success as Productivity representative as measured by Productivity performance against established Productivity goals and objectives
Experience in utilizing data and understanding Productivity units / revenue, leads and account management as Productivity performance components
