AddressAs the Online Sales & Lead Management Specialist, you will spearhead the launch, operation, and maintenance of the eCommerce platform in collaboration with external suppliers. Your role will also encompass Lead Management reporting and analysis, focusing on enhancing customer loyalty, increasing sales, and optimizing retention within their network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth through the eCommerce platform.
• Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Manage Lead Management reporting and analysis.
• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as marketing, reporting, or analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience in launching eCommerce platforms and managing Lead Management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry or related field is advantageous.
