Are you passionate about football and skilled in database management? Football NSW is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join us as our Online Services Manager. Reporting to the Head of Community & Member Services, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth registration of players and clubs into the PlayFootball system.
About Us:
Football NSW is located at Valentine Sports Park (VSP) in Glenwood NSW. The venue includes staff offices, 5 meticulously kept playing fields, lecture rooms, indoor sports hall, accommodation, a 20-metre indoor pool, café and on-site gym – facilities you will benefit from!
Responsibilities:
Support clubs and associations in utilizing the PlayFootball system efficiently.
Foster relationships with Football Australia (FA) for system enhancements.
Provide training and assistance to clubs and staff on system operation.
Analyse registration data and facilitate data requirements.
Lead and develop our Online Data Services Coordinator.
Update training materials and support manuals.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in database management.
Experience in managing online data systems.
Ability to deliver education and training sessions effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
