My client are market leaders in Property Management and Management Rights throughout QLD and they are looking for an enthusiastic PROPERTY MANAGER or PM Administrator to join their team.
The role is varied. It will involve working with a committed team, as well as the day to day management of a residential apartment complex in Townsville. This is a great opportunity. You must have the ability to work well within a team, yet have the maturity to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Leasing (advertising, open inspections, processing applications)
- Ingoing & Outgoing inspections
- Conducting Routine inspections
- Lease Renewals
- Following arrears process
- Incoming calls
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Issuing Entry Notices
- General Organisational Tasks
- General Office Duties.
The ideal candidate
- At least 12 months experience in Property Management
- Must have QLD Real Estate certificate or licence
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication skills
