Reliance Workforce is a privately owned Recruitment firm that provides Effective Labour Hire Solutions to our industrial partners, Located on Brisbane’s South-side.
This position has become free due to unexpected business growth, our business started on Brisbane South-side in October 2021.
We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service & Communication to all clients large and small. We are seeking a consultant to join our team in Crestmead.
You will work closely with the managing Director & our Senior Recruitment Consultants in the industrial division offering admin support and onsite support to our national clients. Our culture is family, exceed client expectation, Bee the best that you can bee.
What to expect in your day…..
- Busy - Fast Paced work Environment
- Daily Starts
- Weekly inductions
- Support client to help achieve long term outcomes
- Reference checking
- Updating databases
- Performing candidate pre-screen
- Booking interviews
- Answering candidate queries
- Collecting copies of licenses/qualifications
- Manage return to work candidates
