A bit about the role
The Open Space Auditor ensures that Wyndham’s Open Spaces are delivered to quality standards consistent with expectations and specifications.
As the Open Space Auditor, you will audit contractors to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Council’s Open Space, as well as undertake audits of Open Space and prioritise recommendations.
What you’ll deliver
- Programmed Internal Audits of all Open Space Assets
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive inventory system pertaining to Open Space
- Assistance in the hand-over and approval process of developer’s projects as part of the subdivision process
- Accurate recommendation of priority repairs found through audit process
What you’ll bring
- Experience in the utilisation, development and monitoring of computer based asset management systems.
- The ability to prepare documentation including operational procedures and reports
- Proven computer literacy and experience in Technology One and an Asset Management Information System would be highly regarded
- Current Victorian Drivers licence.
