  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, NDIS officials, service providers, and community organizations to enhance collaboration and support.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including NDIS quality standards. Implement regular audits and reviews to maintain high service standards and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Strategy and Planning: Develop strategic operational plans that align with the company’s goals. Analyze operational processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Crisis Management and Problem Solving: Act as the point of contact for operational issues, resolving problems promptly and efficiently to minimize impact on services.

  • Networking and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and industry partners to expand the business network and create opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote the company’s services, increase brand visibility, and attract new clients. Develop and oversee campaigns, events, and presentations that showcase the company’s strengths and capabilities.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Drive the acquisition of new participants through targeted outreach, presentations, and negotiations. Develop retention strategies to maintain a stable client base and ensure long-term business growth.
  • Product and Service Development: Work with the operational and service delivery teams to identify and develop new products or services that meet the evolving needs of NDIS participants.
