• Unique opportunity to lead clinical Operational Readiness for the major redevelopment at Frankston Hospital
• Leadership position reporting to Senior Project Manager Redevelopment with a clinical report to the Executive Director, Operations
• Limited term full time position until January 2026
• Classification up to NM12

What You Will Be Doing
The Operational Readiness Clinical Support Manager will contribute to the smooth transition of our people, departments, processes and equipment from the existing Frankston Hospital buildings/ departments to the new acute tower which is scheduled for structural completion at the end of 2025. Key to the success of this role will be model of care development, stakeholder engagement, development of a relocation plan, providing expert advice on equipment and technology, applying innovative thinking to process improvements and resolving roadblocks, and applying project management skills to prioritise work and report progress.

What You Need
You will be an experienced clinician with leadership experience and an ability to build trusted relationships with multi-disciplinary teams. You will be an excellent communicator and have a hands-on “can do” mindset. You will possess excellent attention to detail, strong written skills and be comfortable achieving deadlines within a fast paced environment.
We anticipate you will have:
• Clinical qualification such as AHPRA registered nurse, Allied Health Professional or demonstrated experience within a complex health system
• Experience in providing leadership, support and supervision to clinical teams
• Demonstrated experience in the development of models of care and implementing process improvements
• High level written and verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy
• Ability to prioritise work, complete tasks, report progress and operate effectively in a demanding environment
• Ability to form relationships with people, by quickly and easily establishing rapport

* Please refer to salary circular for NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2020-2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.

This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.
