The Role:
We have an opportunity for a Project Manager - Operational Readiness whose primary role is to develop, lead and deliver an integrated Operational Readiness Plan/s (ORP). This role will ensure that operational procedures/processes and technology systems are in place to support workflow design and contribute to a safe and effective transition of NH clinical programs/units to a new or redeveloped space/area and minimise operational risk.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience in the critical care setting
- Strong understanding of the broader health care sector
- Ability to understand patient flow and apply clinical and operational knowledge to hospital design
- Experience managing service and system-level challenges, including developing/refining models of care
- Strong people management and people development experience
