About the Role:
We are seeking a values driven Operational Support Sampling Technician to join our vibrant Team of 'A Players'. The role is a part time role and will be Brisbane QLD based and offers flexi hours. The role is ideally suited individuals (including students) with an aptitude for science and seeking a casual role.
The role requires routine and adhoc water quality field sampling and inspections across a broad spectrum of healthcare facilities. For the right candidate there is opportunity for a full-time split role which would including taking on a Graduate Water Quality Consultant role alongside Operational Support.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Healthcare Account Manager you’ll play a vital role in assisting the Team to ensure all required sampling, inspections and remedial tasks are completed. This is a ‘hands-on’ role within a professional services consultancy which will include the following key responsibilities:
- Planning and executing water quality sampling programs
- Inputting important information to various data platforms including Water Quality Compliance Tool
- Monitoring and maintaining field equipment (both hardware and software) including calibrations
- Maintaining and building on relationships with client site contacts
- Liaison with site contacts, internal Team, laboratories and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and internal registers via spreadsheets, databases and other record management systems
- Undertaking results uploads
- Performance reporting for clients in accordance with contractual requirements and deadlines
- Proactively identifying and managing issues and risks
- Provision of concise, accurate and timely written and verbal reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure implementation and adherence to client and internal procedures and work instructions
- Use and implementation of innovation water quality compliance software
- Ad hoc project and administrative duties as required.
