To be successful you will have:
·Previous success in an administrative/customer service role
·Experience working in a fast-paced environment
·Excellent communication, time management skills and multi-tasking ability
·Ability to deal with customers both internal and external in a professional manner
·The ability to work well within a team environment and meet strict deadlines
Your duties will include but not limited to:
·Answering phone calls and assisting with Customer/Freight related inquiries
·Booking, manifesting and debriefing freight ensuring deadlines are met
·Manage run sheets, manifesting and pallet control
·General administrative duties as required.
Forklift Licence desirable
MR Licence desirable
