We are seeking an Administration and Operations Manager responsible for providing administration services and support across respective cross-functional leadership.

This role requires the ability to work collaboratively and independently, prioritise tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regulated environment. Key attributes for success include attention to detail, a compliance mindset, focus, and appropriate behaviour, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree + studying a higher related degree looking for part-time flexible (approx. 22.5 hours per week) contract role

OR

• 10+ years of experience as Executive Assistant looking for a part-time flexible (approximately 15-22.5 hours/week) role
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and TEAMS.
• You are flexible and adaptable to new situations including the potential constraints of a small commercial organisation and a highly competent in a variety of IT capabilities to support the business needs
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorised to be employed in Australia.
