Construqt Group Pty Ltd are seeking an experienced and organised Operations Administration Officer to join out staff on a full-time basis, helping us keep the background of our business running smoothly!
Duties & responsibilities:
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and be flexible to learning new skills
- Efficient creation of work orders and scheduling for the field team
- Assist Project Managers and Estimators in providing customer quotations
- Assist fieldworkers with maintaining the business’ workflow
- Process of invoices for all completed jobs
- Liaise with the internal Admin team to keep fieldworker licences and inductions current
- Train and build your skills to quote works & assist take offs
- Answering calls and handling stakeholder enquiries
- General day-to-day administrative activities
Experience & attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years' administration experience
- Preferred 3 years' trade administration experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with simPRO job management software is advantageous, though training can be provided
- Keen attention to detail & accuracy
- Willingness to expand skillset & provide support to the trades (Electricians, Plumbers, Project Managers)
- A responsible and mature outlook, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
