R&M Marine Services are the leading Yamaha marine dealership on the Mornington Peninsula. We are looking for a motivated and well presented person that has a passion for boating and the outdoors, to assist with the Operations administrative tasks required of running a dealership. You will work closely with the Dealer Principal and other Admin staff to carry out all tasks to the highest standards.
Being a Yamaha Marine and Volvo Penta Dealer you will have extensive ongoing training throughout your employment.
Requirements for the position
Customer service to the highest levels.
Customer retention.
Organisation of logistics for customer boats in the workshop or onsite.
Spare parts ordering.
Stock level controls.
Organising jobs through our workshop team.
Making sure our workshop team has all parts organised for any service or repair work in the workplace or on-site.
High attention to detail with data entry.
Organisation of engine sales paperwork.
Registering boats and trailers through Vic roads portal.
Sales and admin conferences to attend local or interstate when required.
Ongoing training in house and also through Yamaha.
Can work alongside management.
Bonus if you can assist in finance and insurance but can be trained through Yamaha if required.
