Operations Administrator

CDC Northern Territory is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting and operational focused Operations Administrator to join the team in our Berrimah office for an immediate start. 

This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday and reporting to the Operations Manager, NT. 

In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the operations team.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Print and compile documents relating to the shifts for both school and urban and update when changes come through
• Manage and record incoming lost property from Interchanges and handle enquiries
• Update notice boards as new information comes through
• Organise and minute weekly Operations meetings
• Reconciliations of tickets for depots and report to finance
• Assist with general driver enquiries and delegate out to the relevant department
• Preparing reports and providing regular information to the Operations Manager as required
• General administrative tasks as requested
• Fill in as a carer on a special needs Bus Service as required

Key Selection Criteria:

• Previous Administration/Reception experience
• Good attention to detail
• Strong and clear communication ability (verbal and written)
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload is a must
• Reliable, punctual and work focused attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organisation and other relevant stakeholders
• Ability to manage high volume, inbound calls
• Experience with all Microsoft applications
